Members of Governor Cuomo’s Cabinet Visit ReEnergy’s Black River Facility

Fort Drum, NY – Yesterday, members of the North Country Regional Economic Development Council and a group called the State Implementation Assessment Team (SIAT) visited the Black River facility. The SIAT, which is comprised of some of the members of Governor Cuomo’s cabinet, is in the process of touring each of the state’s 10 regional councils to assess the results of their efforts.

The retrofit of the Black River facility was a priority project of the North Country Regional Economic Development Council, which awarded the project $30 million of tax-exempt bond volume cap allocation in 2011. Read More
