ReEnergy Livermore Falls
ReEnergy Livermore Falls, a 39-megawatt biomass power facility located in Livermore Falls, Maine. This facility is jointly owned by ReEnergy Biomass Operations and ReGenerate Energy Holdings LLC, a joint venture between Ember Infrastructure and ReEnergy Biomass Operations LLC. The facility is operated by ReEnergy Biomass Operations.
ReEnergy Stratton
ReEnergy Stratton, a 48-megawatt biomass facility located in Stratton, Maine, a village in the Town of Eustis. A portion of ReEnergy Stratton’s electricity is sold to the adjacent Stratton Lumber mill, while the balance is supplied into the regional electricity grid. This facility is jointly owned by ReEnergy Biomass Operations and ReGenerate Energy Holdings LLC a joint venture between Ember Infrastructure and ReEnergy Biomass Operations LLC. The facility is operated by ReEnergy Biomass Operations.
ReEnergy Black River
ReEnergy Black River, a 60-megawatt biomass power facility located inside the fence at Fort Drum, the U.S. Army installation near Watertown, NY, which is home to the Army’s 10th Mountain Division. The facility provides all of Fort Drum’s electricity behind the meter, offering energy security and resiliency to the installation. ReEnergy Biomass Operations owns and operates this facility.
Albany Green Energy (AGE)
Albany Green Energy (AGE), a 50-megawatt combined heat and power facility located in Albany, Georgia that utilizes biomass fuel to generate steam and power. AGE supplies electricity to Georgia Power, steam to Procter & Gamble, and steam to Constellation New Energy (CNE), which is used to generate electricity for the nearby Marine Corps Logistics Base. The facility is owned by ReGenerate Energy Holdings LLC, a joint venture between Ember Infrastructure and ReEnergy Biomass Operations LLC. The facility is operated by ReEnergy Biomass Operations.

ReSource Waste Services of Lewiston LLC, a 400,000-ton-per-year C&D processing and materials recovery facility located at 38 Alfred A Plourde Pkwy in Lewiston ME that was acquired by ReEnergy in 2013.
