ReEnergy Holdings Acquires Gateway Enviroservices, LLC

Albany, NY – ReEnergy Holdings LLC is pleased to announce that it recently acquired Gateway Enviroservices, LLC. Gateway owns and operates two large construction and demolition wastes and waste wood processing facilities that service the eastern New England/Boston metropolitan area marketplace.

Gateway’s LL&S Facility is located in Salem, NH, and its Environmental Resource Return Corp. (ERRCO) Facility is located in Epping, NH.

Gateway’s facilities and their operating teams are recognized in the New England market as the leaders in the processing and recovery of a variety of materials from construction and demolition wastes and waste wood. Gateway is well known in the industry for the large percentage of high quality wood that is recovered at its facilities and ultimately converted into energy and other products.

This is an important strategic acquisition for ReEnergy as we focus on the control and conversion of waste wood to supply energy and energy related projects.
