Mark Fidler Appointed Chief Financial Officer at ReEnergy Holdings

Albany, N.Y. – May 13, 2013 – ReEnergy Holdings LLC has appointed Mark Fidler as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Fidler will oversee all aspects of finance and accounting, banking, tax, audit, strategic planning, information technology, and corporate debt and equity financing activities at the renewable energy company. He will be located at ReEnergy’s Latham, NY corporate headquarters.

“Mark brings significant experience in the public equity and debt markets and in leading high-performing financial, accounting and IT groups,” said Larry Richardson, ReEnergy’s Chief Executive Officer. “Our company has been growing at a rapid pace, and we look forward to Mark joining our executive management team and providing leadership in these key areas.”

Before joining ReEnergy Holdings, Mr. Fidler served as Chief Financial Officer of Ambient Corporation. Prior to that, Mark spent 10 years at Evergreen Solar Inc., first as Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance and Treasurer. He also held various senior finance roles at The Boston Consulting Group and Hampshire Chemical, and worked in the audit practice of Coopers & Lybrand. He is a Certified Public Accountant and currently resides in Acton, MA.

Mr. Fidler earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Syracuse University and an MBA from Northeastern University.
