The ReEnergy executive team has worked closely together in successful, solid waste management and resource recovery companies for many years: EAC Operations, Inc., a company that owned and operated waste-to-energy facilities and related operations for the collection, processing and transportation of solid waste and recyclable materials; American Ref-Fuel, an owner and operator of waste-to-energy facilities and associated waste operations with annual revenues in excess of $500 million; and most recently ReEnergy Advisory Group LLC, a company which provided advisory expertise to parties with an interest in the dynamic renewable energy marketplace.
ReEnergy Holdings’ founding management team collectively has decades of experience in the renewable energy and waste management industries. The team possesses a unique combination of talents: engineering, legal, financial, market assessment and operations management. They have significant expertise in project development, acquisitions and divestitures, consolidating and integrating operations, project financing, permitting, community relations and technology development/assessment.
Larry Richardson, Principal/Executive Officer, was formerly President and Chief Operating Officer of EAC Operations, Inc. Prior to his tenure at EAC, he held a variety of management, project development, and technical positions at companies including ABB/Combustion Engineering, Halliburton/Brown & Root, and HDR Engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer.
Thomas Beck, Principal/Executive Officer, was a consultant to the solid waste and renewable energy industries the past three years before the formation of ReEnergy Holdings. Prior to that, Tom was a Vice-President of American Ref-Fuel Company and President of its TransRiver Marketing Company. Tom started his career at EAC as a waste procurement manager in southeastern Massachusetts.
William Ralston, Principal/Executive Officer, was formerly General Counsel for EAC Operations, Inc. At EAC, Bill was intimately involved in numerous acquisitions, project development initiatives, project restructurings and financings. Prior to joining EAC, he was in private practice with law firms in Albany NY with a focus on the development and financing of independent power projects. Bill is a member of the New York State Bar.
Gregory Leahey, Principal/Sr. Vice President, was formerly Vice-President – Recycling and Waste Services at EAC Operations, Inc. In that role, Greg had profit and loss responsibility for all of EAC’s waste procurement, waste collection, waste transfer, landfill and recycling activities. Greg was also responsible for the acquisition of a number of waste collection and transportation companies, and negotiation of strategic waste and disposal contracts.
